photo-fabrication process over a decade starting in 1965. The
process achieves outstanding accuracy by applying photomechanical
processes. A variety of ultra-precision products, which were
impossible to manufacture with conventional machining and pressingAare
produced and shipped to customers in various industries including
the electronics industry.
NIPPON FILCON produces semiconductor photo-masks that represent
the pinnacle of precision photographic technology, the other
precision photographic products and photo-etched metallic parts.
